iPhone 13 Pro Max Lost mobile number from iMessage and Facetime

I recently switched mobile networks (I'm based in the UK), and because of that, I had to change my SIM card. Now, when I go into iMessage and Facetime settings, it only shows my email addresses, not my mobile phone number.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I have iOS 15.6.1 installed and can make and receive calls using my new SIM card.
