iPhone was acting sluggish so I decided to back up and restore it in iTunes (to the computer, not iCloud). Didn't know it would effect my Apple Watch. Now None of my Activity history is there. FWIW, it saved my apps, layouts, prefs, but no workout history.

So mad since I use it so much. Anyone know how to retrieve this?

You have to use the encrypted feature while backing upon iTunes to have health data backed up too. Part of the Apple Privacy thing is health data must be encrypted.

Apple really needs to have a warning come up to remind people when they have health data on their device.
