I recently got the new 3gs after my 3g broke. I dont have any of the apps i bought and i dont have them saved on itunes. (i thiyght backing them up on my computer was a waste of time, stupid me.) is there aby way to get my apps back? Would it have saved in the app store? It says to buy the app on my phone but im scared if i click that then log in that it will recharge me

Once you have bought an app it's yours to re-download as you like.

So even if it says "6.99" and " buy now" just click it anyway and once i type in my apple id it wont charge me??

That is correct.

Download from the Appstore on you're iPhone if you want to test it.

Re-download an app that costs 59p and you will see it won't charge you just for you're piece of mind.

And once you have replaced all of your apps, you should do 2 things:

1. Repeat your "restore from backup". This will restore your App data. Many Apps have data/settings associated with them that you probably don't want to lose.
2. File -> transfer purchases from iPhone. This will put all of the apps (and songs) you have purchased on the iPhone into iTunes.
