Lost my iPhone 3GS, what new one should I get?

Hey guys, so i lost my iPhone 3GS and will not be able to recover it. My current options for a new iPhone are either a refurbished iPhone 4- 16GB for $100, iPhone 4S- $200, or new iPhone 4- 8 GB for $100.
Any suggestions? is it really worth it to buy a 4S, or would a iPhone 4 be good enough?

If you plan to get the new iPhone when it comes out, I would just get a 4
Heck, I might would get the 4 regardless

I have a 4s and it is really nice, but you won't miss it if you never had it

whatever you're getting, don't sign a contract. New one is coming soon. Rumor has it a 4" screen and the new 3D map, 4G LTE and more....

Get a refurbished 4, or spring for the 4S if you can easily part with the extra $100.

And whatever you do: don't put any signatures on anything.
