I purchased an Album on iTunes an hour before my iPhone managed to break (deleted all my data, I was forced to restore). Is there anyway I can get that music back or am I screwed courtesy of Apple?

From a quick search I just did, sounds like you're screwed, for the most part. You may, HOWEVER, try contacting Apple and see if they can help you out any.
