lost my VidRhythm app

I lost my VidRhythm app from among the group of apps I can choose from to use w/ my iPhone. I first missed it a few days after I installed it and Fandango on my iPhone. The Fandango app is still where I left it among my apps. I went to the App Store "Purchased" page and there it was along with 4 other apps I'd purchased and all of them were labeled "Installed" except for VidRhythm which had a little gray square w/ a little white cloud in it and a little gray arrow in the cloud pointing downward.

What I want to know is: How do I get my VidRhythm app back w/ the other apps so I can use it again?
