Lost paid programs moving to SL

Switched from leopard to SL, synced my iPod touch, went through the "this iPod is synced with another library stuff, so followed instructions to sync. I lost about 15 paid apps. Other paid apps transferred. How do I get my other ones back? They do not show up in iTunes. Any help appreciated.
