I am selling an old Apple Watch and wanted to ensure it was removed from everywhere. It wasn’t removed from iCloud on my phone. The support rep had me log out of iCloud, and back in, and now I am missing 7,000 photos.
at first he had me select “don’t merge” something when I logged back in with my passcode.
I started a new Apple chat and the woman said it may just take time. My phone has been on WiFi all morning and I am still missing the regular album, the first album I have is Recents. But there’s nothing pending a download it appears.
all of my photos on on the photos app on my laptop and when I log on to iCloud.com.
my iPhone photos app does not show anything is downloading. All my notes, activity app, contacts, etc. are all there.
