Basically my problem is that I upgraded my itunes and lost videos/pictures.
I will try to throughly explain my situation and hopefully someone can help me out!
I had an Iphone 4 it was lost/stolen and so a week later I got the Iphone 4s
When I tried to link it to my itunes but it said I had to upgrade my itunes to at least 10.5 to sync the new phone
I had trouble downloading the upgrade so I went on for about 2-3 weeks without syncing my phone to the computer, believe it our not I happen to have my wedding/honeymoon during that time then my grandmother passed the week after my wedding, so there were tons of precious videos and pics taken in that short time frame including one of my grandmother giving us marriage advice :-( BUT I thought I was safe because of icloud.
I finally was able to get the upgrade downloaded this morning and it brought back all the info from my Iphone 4 and did combine everything with the new info except the pics and videos! Even though I had glanced at the icloud settings, I didnt notice that the camera roll is not backed up by default you have to turn that feature on seperately.
Is there anyway I can reverse the download and get the pics/videos back that were taken before the upgrade. I already tried the iexplorer download but it only shows the pics from the old Iphone 4.
Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!
