Lost resolution of 2nd monitor after 10.9.2 update

Hi All,

I've got an early 2011 MBP w/6490m and 2 27 inch monitors (2560x1400). One monitor is a dell U2711 and the other is a Thunderbolt display.
I had been working fine with both monitors at 2560x1440 pre update and now the dell monitor is stuck at 1600x1200.

My configuration is as follows:
MBP > Thunderbolt display > Caldigit Thunderbolt dock > Thunderbolt to DVI > Dual link dvi cable > Dell monitor.

I'm confused as to why this would work pre update and not after. Any suggestions?
