As the title said, I downgraded from the 8.4 public beta (most recent one) to iOS 8.3 stable yesterday afternoon. Did a DFU restore in iTunes and when I booted it back up and set it up as new, everything seemed fine. All my iCloud safari bookmarks and other preferences seemed to load alright but my text shortcuts do not work.
It isn't a huge deal, but I did have about 50 shortcuts that were used for productivity as well as for fun. From typing in "gmail" to get my full email pop up to little short cuts to get funny faces such as ಠ_ಠ, it was important to me.
