Lost Top Sites (Bookmarks)

I was cleaning up Safari. I guess I was too aggressive. I still have my bookmarks. The top sites are GONE. Is there a way to recover them with Time Machine?

One way to protect yourself from this in the future is to save all of your Top Sites in a bookmark folder. Then, when your Top Sites and history are cleared, you can go to the folder, choose Open in Tabs, and they will populate the Top Sites automatically.
