i had asked that question before. no, all C2D are firewire 800. it seems to be a mistake on the refureb site were it says fw 400 but omits fw 800.

aside of that it's just the usual number of refurbs. i check the site very often.

Did the sell out that fast or am I just not seeing them? I see one type of 15" and a couple of different 17". All Core Duos and not C2D.

they quickly sold out, particularly the 15 inch 2.1 C2D MBP.
