I installed the software that came with the printer. Since it came with no cord! we used a USB 1.1 to USB 2.0 cord that we had on hand (don't ask me why
).
I installed drivers that I found on their website, but neither my macbook or my old blue iMac can see the printer! And it's plugged in!
Any suggestions?
