So here's my problem. I have made a page with HTML and CSS and everything, now I have multiple pages that need to be typed up; they all look the same, they just have different information on them. Is there anyway I can finish all of these pages quickly without having to copy from the original page, delete the extra text, put in new text, save it, repeat?

That would be a template.

Also look into server side includes (SSI) and creating templates with PHP using the include function.
