Lotus notes 7.0.3

I am using Mac OX 10.4.1.1, and Lotus notes 7.0.3 for mac.

When I want to attach the word / excel file into a email, and click 'Send',it will auto shut down my Lotus notes everytime.

But other PDF/ JPG is no this problem...

Who can help me?

I am using Mac office 2008,is it relate?
