loud HD spinning sound in MBP?

I just got my MBP 2.66 i7, 500HD 7200RPM
I can hear the HD spinning, is this normal, I didn't have this for my old macbook

hmm, I have the 5400RPM one and I can't hear a thing...maybe see if the 7200s run a little louder? But I don't think it should be to the point where it's audible

Exactly, this is what i though, i just feel like using PC not MBP??
this is my first pro machine and i don't know if this is normal
