Hello all, I have been having a rather annoying issue and was wondering if anyone else was having it. When I place calls, particularly to a few of my contacts, I get a very loud, jumbled "alien-like" noise in my internal speaker. I always immediately hang up and place the call again, which I then do not get the noise. This noise is very loud, and will scare the crap out of you in the middle of the night. Has anyone else had a noise similar to a noise from the movie "signs" in their ear? Please let me know!

Try a restore and if that doesn't fix it, it is probably a hardware issue which you should take to Apple. If they won't fix it because it is out of warranty you can ask them what's wrong with it and try to fix it yourself with a replacement part.
