Loud Oscillating Buzz From 1,1 Mac Pro

Sounds like a dead hard drive maybe, but there's this loud buzz coming from our 2006 1,1 Mac Pro. It almost sounds like a fan with bad bearings. They're so heavy it'd suck to drag it into the Apple Store, so anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing it?


Anyway to shut down the HDD's in the OS to see if it's one of them?


EDIT: Figured it out, ejected one of the HDD's in Finder and sure enough, buzzing stopped.
