Make your own, use the MP3 format and use Mp3Gain to higher the volume of the file, then convert to an Apple ringtone and it’ll be loud.

Do you also have a Mac by any chance? If you set up "wifi calling" your Mac will also ring when you get a call. Obnoxious, but hard to ignore!
