Hi Jawbone users,

I've been using Jawbone about a week now and I have some questions and hope some of the users here can give me some advices.

When I first put the unit on (with noise shield on), it is amazing that I can hear and the people called me can hear me very well with even some crazy back ground noise. But I don't like to wear the unit on all the time; only need to make the call or when someone call me. With that, I have 2 questions here:

1) Can you guys put the unit on with the ear loop fast enough when the call kicks to voice mail? I just can't fast enough to take out the unit manage the ear loop and put the unit on my ear fast enough before the caller hangs up or the call goes to voice mail. If you have any idea, short cut or tricks, please let me know. Thanks!

2) Once again, I don't like to have the unit on my ear when I leave the house and remove at the end of the day. I like to put it on when the call comes in and remove it when I done with the call. So I try to do that without the ear loop piece BUT whenever I do that, usually the first call the caller can't hear me I have to either switch my iphone to talk to iphone mode and switch it back to Jawbone mode or take out the Jawbone and redial then the caller can hear me... it seems to me I have some connection problems ...

Yes, I did pair the device when the iPhone off.

Thanks.
