Love Leopard.. Once small annoyance in Mail

Hey guys. I'm having a small problem with Mail. When I import/create a new inbox, instead of just showing the "On My mac" category once, it shows it twice, and I can't figure out how to fix it. Image attached below.

Problem solved. It appears to be just a minor issue, easily resolved for good.
