I haven't really encountered or noticed this before today, but I've had really poor 3G reception. This morning on the way to work, Spark Radio was cutting in and out and my device was constantly losing the 3G signal, only to regain it a few minutes later. My iPhone in the same situation never cuts out. And right now, with my iPhone and iPad placed right next to each other. My iPhone has 3G with three bars, and my iPad is showing no service. Needless to say, I'm kind of miffed.

Now, on the drive to work, I had under 20% battery, and right now it's at 3%. Is it possible the iPad nerfs the 3G radio to conserve power at these levels? Or is something potentially wrong with my iPad? I can't determine any reason why my iPad would get such a crappy signal.
