This happened for 1-2 weeks in March, but it recently came back for some reason. When the sound is on (not muted), there's this low double beep (if you can even call it a beep) that sounds like "DUH-duh." 2-3 times every minute. Thankfully, it doesn't seem to affect any part of the computer, but it's still incredibly annoying especially when listening to music or watching videos. Any idea what it could be? Thanks!

Here's a short clip of what it sounds like. It's a little different from what it usually sounds like because I had the volume at 100% to make sure I didn't miss it.

I see some of your keys (command & Option to the right of the keyboard) popping up, then back down, and then hear your sound…
Is that just a video artifact of some kind, or do those keys actually flap up and down?
