Low bit rate audio on iOS with iTunes match

I have a bunch of low-quality radio shows on iTunes and I can't figure out how to get them on my phone or iPad. Because I use iTunes match, iOS won't allow me to have them in the music app. Can anyone recommend a third-party music player app that will allow me to sync these files? Or maybe some kind of cloud storage service that allows for audio files to play?

I wonder if you can convert them in iTunes to 128 bps, which should be Match compatible.
They obviously would be bigger files, though.
