Ok right now i'm with T-Mobile using a Factory Unlocked 5S. Most places I go the signal is very low, This only the case with my 5S. I have an old 4G Android Phone that gets better signal.

Example:
5S:1/0 Bars in my room.
Android Phone:4/5 Bars in the same room.

Is something wrong with my 5S?

I don't understand how a 3 year old Android Device gets better service.

And this is the case anywhere I go.

I already switched sim cards in case that was the problem but still no improvement. I also have the same issue with ATT.

"Bars" are often misleading.

Is there a problem with actual reception?

My 5S is not as good as my X-Blackberry when it come to reception yet I would have dropped calls on the Blackberry and yet have had none with my 5S.

I noticed the same as far as signal strength that I got with my 3 year old iPhone 4 I normally get full bars.. now with the iPhone 5S with LTE I get 3 bars where I used to have full bars. I think this has to do with the different bands.. e.g. LTE vs 3G for me at least.
