low cost surround sound DAC with USB connection

So, I've got a set of Klipsch Promedia 4.1's that I've loved for years. They work and sound great and I have no plans of replacing them for quite a while. But, I'm in need of a USB device that will allow me to drive all 4 channels in both Mac and through Bootcamp. Oh, and when I say low cost, I'm thinking $50-75 tops for this card.
