Low Edge and NO 3g Signal after changing dock assembly

Hello,

I just had to replace my dock assembly given that I think it got damaged (wet). Since replacing the dock assembly, my phone barely gets 2 or 3 bars of signal on Edge, and when I put it on 3G, it completely says NO Service. The phone is 3gs on At&t. I took the phone apart and made sure that I had connected all the cables. I would really appreciate it if someone can help.
