So not sure if it's my phone or just cause of lens flare. But if I take a pic outside I get a dot or dots of light that move when I move the phone. Also happens in video. Only in low light. Was trying to snap a pic of the moon tonight here is what I am referring to.

Pretty normal for a digital camera. Very long exposures (low light and slow shutter speed) will cause digital noise and hot pixels. That's quite a challenge for a cell phone. Haven't tested mine yet but I'm sure it's similar.

If the dots move when you move the phone while framing the shot, what you are seeing is internal reflections from the lens elements. It's normal.

If they move it's clearly Aliens. It's that simple bro, don't deny it!

This! Lens flare is hard to control with such a small lens. Larger lenses like on my DSLR have internal baffels that are painted flat black to help. BUT, these reflections can happen to the best of lenses under some conditions.
