Low OpenGL Benchmark (Xbench 1.3) on the 9400m

I am getting a score of only 81 at the Xbench 1.3 OpenGL test.I am currently running 10.6.1

OpenGL Graphics Test 81.00
Spinning Squares 81.00 102.75 frames/sec

I read many people get around 140 on their benchmarks.

I bought my laptop around January 2009.

Should I attempt to return it as the GPU is not able to deliver more than 50 percent of its average ability?
