Low resolution video app

I use my ipod in the field for work. The client is requesting that we shoot our videos all the way down to 320x240 and pictures at 640x480.

I found Top Camera which shoot pics at that (640x480), but doesn't go that low (320x240) for videos.

Any ideas on one that does?

Thanks in advance for any help! (the android users use Double Shot but that isn't available on ios for some reason...I hate the android tablets though!!!)

You can try our app Video Sizer https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/video-sizer/id799261396?mt=8 which makes it super easy to change resolution and FPS
