Low resolution when played Keynote presentation in QuickTime Format

Hello. I exported the Keynote presentation in QuickTime Format. I chose the highest res option. However, when I double clicked the file to play it back under QuickTime in full screen mode on my MBP 17" (1920x1200), the quality of the images and text dropped. Is there any way to fix this problem? Will this problem appears if I play back the presentation via a projector? Don't have the equipment to test in advance. Thanks.
