Hi,

My wife and I have iPhone 6s Plus and for some reason since we had an update (not last one, the one before) when making or receiving a call we can hardly hear the person on the other end even though the volume is on max. We have resorted to having it on speaker instead and it's really annoying especially with privacy!!

Any suggestions would really help please.
