Hello.

I did a clean install of 10.7.2.

It gone wel, but I noticed that I am getting lower scores with Geekbench than before. I used to have about 6940 points and now it is over 6890-6900.

It is possible that the drive was incorrectly formated? Or maybe the OS bad installed?

Or it's a normal thing?

Can that happen? The OS installs 'bad' and you get a lower performance?

Any ideas about that?

The small difference in Geekbench score makes it seem pretty unlikely that you had a bad install. My guess is that it has more to do with how geekbench runs on lion (possible bugs/ lack of optimizations), and / or changes in Lion's graphic drivers. To reiterate, I'm more inclined to believe its an issue with geekbench's accuracy than with Lion. Do you have other evidence to support the bad install theory?

Your Geekbench score decrease is less than 1%--way less. Worry about something important.
