Lower price for current owners like in the past?

I'm wondering... 6 month bump on our availability.... i was eligible 6 months ago even before the bump. i have a 3g and I just figured there would of been some news of a cheaper option for current users. even if it was 50$ but to be honest i was hoping to get a 32g for 199$.

anyone else feeling my opinion?
