Lower SMS Pop-up

Hey all! I've got an odd question to ask, i have searched on google and found nothing. I'm wondering if it is possible to lower the position of the SMS pop up when you receive a text. I have a few lockscreens that i love, but cant use because every time i get a text, it blocks off a part of it... drives me crazy!

Anyone know if it is possible and how i would go about doing it?

I know you can use Notified Pro + Growl to display notifications wherever u want.

I found GriP in cydia, and looked it over. Still kinda confused on exactly what is does after watching some youtube videos haha. Anyone know is there is a way to just edit some files or simply another app in cydia?
