LR2 question - default import folder?

Does anyone know if there is a way to change the default import folder for doing new picture imports in LR2?

I put my card drive in with all of my photos and LR2 launches the import pictures dialogue with it set to import all of the photos into /users/jason/photos

However, I keep all of my images on network attached storage that is referenced in the Finder as /Volume/Photos/

Is there any way to change the default import location so it will automatically import to /Volume/Photos every time?
