Purchased a wifi version at lunch. Just did a search using Apple-tracker (http://cmac-iphone-tracker.herokuapp.com/ipad-mini-retina?color=gray&carrier=att&zip=27540) and saw that Durham has a few LTEs!
Bought a Verizon 64GB... so looks like it is back to the store to exchange iPads.. and have to cancel my online order.
