Is there anyone else that would love this functionality? With the close proximity of your watch to any device your using, wouldn't this be a great functionality? Where is the apple petitions!!??

Sounds like a good idea, but then think about how long your battery will last. The watch on LTE itself is a battery hog. Having another device piggyback off of it would be disastrous to the battery.
From my experience the signal isn't that strong on the watch. Can't imagine it sharing with another device.
