I'm a happy series 3 user w/ a work supplied iPhone X. The watch is paired via the watch app and working well with one issue - as my iPhone X cell plan is a corporate plan (thru verizon) the watch will not activate cellular with it. I have called verizon and my corporate support team, and they say it is a fundamental issue with the way number share works on verizon corporate accounts (it doesn't).

So - my question... Can i KEEP my watch pairing (apps, notifications, etc) with my existing office iPhone X (which I carry everywhere and use... constantly), but activate the watch LTE service on a second (personal) iPhone line that I would essentially never use but just have to enable cellular service on the watch?

Short answer is no.

Longer answer: both the host iPhone and the LTE watch must be on the same carrier and the same billing account (personal or business). This is a restriction in how the watch and iPhone will share the iPhone's phone number. In hte case of Verizon it is called NumberShare.

So of you pair your watch to your iPhone X it can't pair to another iPhone until your un-pair from the first watch.
