Lubuntu to AirPort Disk

Hey guys.

I'm trying to connect my Lubuntu 13.10 to my hard drive (which is connected to my AirPort Extreme). Can anyone give me step by step instructions on how to do this? I've tried using this terminal command from these websites, but neither of them worked:

which returned with an error and

which said my disk was read-only

I'm a complete newb when it comes to Linux and Terminal, so please bare with my ignorance.

Am I missing information that makes it difficult to answer this question? Perhaps 300 people are interested in the answer, but there isn't one...
