Lucky Labs Fiberglass Tru Skin

Thinking of getting the silver fiberglass tru skin for the 4s from theluckylabs.com due to the $5 code received today but was wondering if anyone on here has it, and can convince me that it’s worth the $15.

I’ve seen people on here talk about the Carbon Fiber tru skin, but can’t find anything on the fiberglass. From the pics they have on the website it looks awesome but that sometimes doesn’t do justice. Any advice from owners would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have one so unfortunately I can't help you out with personal testimony, but I saw a Youtube review awhile back: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9MG1lv5LOuI&feature=player_detailpage. He mainly talks about the carbon fiber but he also does some side-by-side comparisons on actual phones.

I had one on my phone for a few weeks when I was using an Element. Not bad but it does impact the signal slightly. Usually dropped me a bar.

Pretty durable and looked cool.

One thing is you really can't take it off. Once you start to take it off it basically "tears" and breaks. Not really sure how to describe it. Also leaves a ton of residue.

Would I buy it again? Probably not but it did look cool. I used this on an iPhone 4 so not sure how the 4s would fair signal wise. Probably the same but that is just a guess.
