I was originally planing to buy either Invisible Shield (offered only in glossy) or Best Skin Ever Matte.

But now I have discovered lucky skin, and have customized it to the look I like.

My question is how is its durability compared to IS or BSE?

Will it make 13" MacBook Retina overheat; especially if the hinge is also covered in carbon fiber film?

Will the extra layer on MacBook scratch the screen when the lid is closed? Many people say Retina Macbooks have no space when the lid is closed so anything like keyboard cover, or film will damage the screen. Apple even warned about this on their website.

If LS carbon film is not recommended, do you recommend IS or BSE? (I like the look of BSE matte).

Attached is the picture of the skin I would like to get if it is worth it: Lucky Skin in white carbon fiber with red logo (I guess will not glow, that is the only con) and red hinge.
