Lynda.com tutorial videos

I ripped a a Lynda.com tutorial video and want to add it to my iTunes and then pass it along to my iPhone/iPad. The problem is that iTunes puts everything into alphabetical order... I want to use MetaX to add meta data and try to organize the clips a bit better, anyone got any recommendations on doing this?
