M audio av42 vs JBL lsr305

Is there much of a sound difference between the JBL lsr305 compared to the M audio Av42?

I'm assuming the SPL thing is comparable, but essentially, the JBL speakers are (significantly) louder and reproduce (significantly) lower frequencies than than the m-audio speakers do.
