M1 Air for two users

Hi all,

Today I purchased a M1 Air for my elderly parents. Both have iPhones and each has their own Apple ID. How best do I setup the Air for them? Create two separate user accounts on the Mac then each would login via Touch ID when they want to use it? I need to make sure each just sees their own photos, etc.

two separate id's and they can each sign into their own Apple ID and it should sync to their photos
