M1 Mac: Chrome - Google Maps satellite view appears over exposed while rendering

Mac Mini: M1 2020
Big Sur: 11.2.2
Chrome: Version 88.0.4324.192 (Official Build) (arm64)

When viewing the satellite view in 3D via Google Maps the area not rendered yet seems over exposed or very high brightness.

Anyone else having this issue? Doesn't happen in Firefox
