M1 Mac Mini - audio settings

Probably asked before but I've looked and can't see much around this...

I've got my M1 Mac Mini connected to my Cyrus One Cast integrated/DAC via USB

Which output setting is best for this; if there is a 'best'?

All my music is on iTunes / via Apple Music etc

Well, Apple Music can play up to 24 bits 192 KHz, so I think it's best to setup Audio Midi setup at 24/192. Hope that helps
