I just ordered my M1 Mac Mini and look forward to its arrival in a few weeks.
I'm trading in my (ancient and slowwww) 13" MacBook Pro Intel and had the additional charging cord that gave me another three feet.

Any reason to hang on to the extra cord or is that as ancient as my MacBook Pro?

Thanks for your comments.

Not sure what you have as charging cord for old Macbook Pro, but likely one of the Magsafe connectors. Great connector, but current portable Macs use USB-C. Unless you plan to buy older MBP/Mac Air, donate the cord to someone with older system or recycle. There is no new mac using this port, unluckily.

Thank you, Honza1. I will donate it. Now I have 10 days of waiting for the arrival of the Mac mini. I enjoyed the Mac Mini when they first came out because I preferred using my own keyboard and monitor - and the smaller setup.
