For streaming content my setup is a Synology NAS connected to the network over Ethernet.
On my M1 Mac mini, I then enable Media Sharing, run the TV app and point it to the iTunes library hosted on the Synology.
We then connect to the shared library via Apple TVs. Unfortunately, shared video is stuttering, regardless of file size.
This exact same setup has been working for weeks flawlessly whilst connected to an M1 Pro and before that with a MacBook Air.
The M1 Mini has had a clean install and is connected to the same network with 1Gbps Ethernet.
So, any ideas as to what could be causing this given the only thing that's changed here is the Mini?
